The handmade design allows the leash to be shortened or lengthened with a simple finger movement, and supports hands-free handling when configured according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The Mini format is intended for small dogs, with suitability depending on the dog’s build, pulling behaviour and the handler’s preferences.

Key Features

Sliding Length Adjustment

The EASYLONG sliding system lets you shorten or lengthen the leash without changing to another lead. Adjust while your dog is calm and the leash is not under sudden tension; usable walking length depends on the configuration.

TWISTLOCK Carabiners at Both Ends

Carabiners at both ends provide different connection possibilities and use a TWISTLOCK locking mechanism. Each connection must be correctly made and checked: a locking design is not an absolute guarantee against accidental opening or failure.

Hands-Free Configuration

The EASYLONG system supports a manufacturer-approved hands-free setup, allowing more flexibility during a controlled walk. Hands-free does not mean unattended or hands-off responsibility; stay ready to take hold of the leash.

Mini Rope Format for Small Dogs

The listed rope diameter is 6 mm, with carabiner length of 7.3 cm and carabiner weight of 16 g. These hardware specifications are not the total leash weight. Service life still depends on use, wear, cleaning and correct handling; no fixed lifespan or chew-proof performance is implied.

Usage Instructions

Before each walk, inspect the rope, adjustment system, connection points and both carabiners. Use with a correctly fitted dog collar or harness and suitable attachment points.

Operate each TWISTLOCK carabiner according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Confirm that the gate is fully closed, the locking mechanism is engaged and the rope or attachment ring is not caught in the gate.

Practise the sliding adjustment with your dog calm, in a secure area. Check that the chosen setup remains stable before starting the walk; do not adjust while your dog is lunging or the leash is heavily loaded.

For hands-free use, follow the manufacturer’s routing and fastening instructions, check the fit and stay ready to regain hand control. Use a shorter, controlled setup near traffic, crowds or other hazards.

The listed product length is 2.5 m. Do not assume every configuration provides the full length between you and your dog, or that an unstated minimum adjustment length is guaranteed.

Safety

Always check both carabiners before use. Dirt, incorrect closure, wear or damage can compromise a locking mechanism; do not rely on a claim that it can never open.

The listed maximum load is 400 KG, not a recommended dog body weight. The rating does not specify the test method, loading conditions or scope. Do not interpret it as a certified safe working load for every complete-leash configuration.

Sudden pulls can cause loss of balance or entanglement, especially during hands-free use. Avoid wrapping the rope around hands or limbs, and do not use hands-free mode if you cannot safely control your dog.

This is a dog-walking leash, not climbing, lifting, fall-arrest or vehicle-restraint equipment. Do not use the 400 KG figure to justify any such application.

Do not leave your dog tethered unattended or allow chewing of the rope. Stop use if the rope frays, connections loosen, hardware deforms or the gate or lock fails to operate normally.

Keep the leash away from sharp edges and moving machinery. Store out of reach of children and pets when not in use.

Care & Storage

Follow Tamer’s care instructions for the rope, adjustment system and carabiners. Do not assume a machine-wash programme, cleaning temperature or lubricant is approved without manufacturer guidance.

Gently remove surface dirt and debris from the rope and hardware. Ensure the gate and locking mechanism are unobstructed, and allow the leash to dry fully before storage.

Store dry, away from excessive heat, direct sunlight and sharp objects. Recheck the rope, connections and lock operation after cleaning; replace worn or damaged parts only as directed by the manufacturer.

Product Specifications

Product Name

Tamer EASYLONG TWIST Mini Adjustable Dog Leash

Variant

Mini

Listed Leash Length

2.5 m

Colour

Green

Material Type

Rope; fibre composition not specified

Adjustment

EASYLONG sliding length-adjustment system

Carabiners

TWISTLOCK at both ends

Carabiner Length

7.3 cm (listed hardware specification)

Carabiner Weight

16 g (listed hardware specification; not total leash weight)

Rope Diameter

6 mm

Maximum Load, as Listed

400 KG; test method and scope not stated; not a dog-weight recommendation

Recommended For

Small dogs; assess build, pulling behaviour and handler control

Production

Handmade, as described by the brand
