the Dog's Garden Online Membership Program is the membership scheme of thedogsgarden.com. Members can earn points every time they place an order at the Dog's Garden online shop. Points can be used to redeem rewards (including but not limited to online cash rebate / special gift). Member with higher level would enjoy more privileges and rewards.

There are 3 levels in the Dog's Garden Online Membership Program:

• Basic - Register as online member
• Loyal - Accumlate spending over $500 within 365 days
• Royal - Accumlate spending over $6,000 within 365 days

As our online shop and physical shops are operated separately, membership points is only applicable online.

Once you register as a Basic Member of Dog's Garden, you’ll enjoy the following perks:

• Loyal member - can enjoy 1.5% point rebate on every purchase on orders after eligable as "Loyal member", 1 point = $1 cash rebate during checkout.
• Royal member - can enjoy 3% point rebate on every purchase on orders after eligable as "Royal member", 1 point = $1 cash rebate during checkout. You may also choose to redeem exclusive gift for your furry friends (Exclusive gift section coming soon, stay tune).

There would also be special offer in occasional promotion period, so stay tuned with latest offer!

Once signed in on our online shop, during checkout and click "Convert reward points to Store Credit checkout" where you can use your points to exchange store credit. After redemption, the order total will directly deducted on your purchase. You may even merge the store credit with the promotion discount during the period together to save more!

You may check your point record by signing in and click "My Account", then you can see your available point.

Point will be added to your account after order status is "Completed".

Sorry, point and rewards are confined in your account and could not be transfer to others.

The Dog's Garden Online Membership Points are valid for 1 year from the date they are earned.

Each time you make a purchase and earn new points, your entire point balance's expiry date is extended to 1 year from that latest earning date.
Your points will only expire if you don’t earn any new points for a continuous 12-month period.

Once you register for the Dog's Garden Online Membership Program, your membership remains active.

It will not expire, but it may be upgraded or downgraded based on your activity.

If you meet the requirements for a higher tier within a specific time frame (starting from your registration date), your membership will be upgraded accordingly.
