Usage Instructions

• Keep frozen until needed. Thaw the required amount in a covered, leak-proof container in the refrigerator, away from food for people. Do not thaw on the countertop or in the microwave.
• Introduce a new diet gradually and monitor appetite, stools and overall wellbeing. Seek veterinary advice before changing the diet of a dog with ongoing digestive problems or a medical condition.
• Serve in a clean bowl and offer only the portion your dog will eat promptly. Remove and discard uneaten food promptly, especially in warm weather. Always provide fresh drinking water.

Care & Cleaning

• Store frozen and follow the packaging’s storage temperature and use-by instructions. Once moved from the freezer to the refrigerator, use within no more than 3 days, following Proudi’s guidance. Do not thaw and refreeze.
• Keep raw food and its juices separate from other foods. Do not rinse the raw patties. Wash hands with soap and water after handling, and thoroughly clean and disinfect bowls, utensils and contact surfaces.
• Keep containers covered and discard any spoiled product. Natural raw ingredients can cause slight colour differences between batches; colour alone is not a freshness or safety test.
