the Dog's Garden - Chew - Air Dried USA Beef Rib (6 in / 2 pcs)

Product Overview

A single-ingredient chew made from beef rib, sourced and made in the USA. Air-dried to offer its natural rib-bone structure and a firm chewing texture, it adds variety to supervised chew time. Each bag contains 2 pieces in the 6-inch size. Suitable for Dogs.

Key Benefits

Oral & Dental Care

The rib-bone structure encourages chewing and brings the chew into contact with tooth surfaces. Use alongside regular dental care; chewing does not replace toothbrushing or veterinary dental care.

Natural Collagen Source

Beef rib naturally contains collagen as part of its bone and connective tissue, adding an animal-derived ingredient to your dog’s treat routine.

Jaw Movement & Chewing Activity

Appropriate chewing gives your dog an opportunity to use the jaw and chewing muscles as part of a natural activity. Choose according to your dog’s chewing style and avoid forceful or prolonged gnawing.

Usage Instructions

• Consciously select according to your dog's size and chewing style.
• Introduce gradually so your dog can adjust to a new chew.
• Only offer a piece that your dog cannot swallow whole. Do not encourage your dog to crush the bone or swallow fragments.
• Treats should make up no more than 10% of your dog's daily calorie intake. Reduce the day's main meal accordingly.
• Always provide fresh drinking water.

Safety

• This is a treat for intermittent or supplemental feeding only. It is not a complete food and does not replace a balanced diet.
• Hard bones can cause broken teeth, mouth injuries, choking, digestive blockage or internal injury. Ask your veterinarian about suitability and safer chewing alternatives before use.
• Not suitable for dogs that gulp or forcefully crush bones, or dogs with vulnerable teeth. Remove and discard sharp fragments, cracked pieces and any remaining portion your dog could swallow whole.
• Not suitable for very young puppies. Not recommended for cats.
• If your dog has a health condition, a beef sensitivity or is on a prescription diet, please consult your veterinarian before feeding.
• Wash hands and clean surfaces after handling. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs.
• Seek veterinary help urgently for choking, breathing difficulty, mouth bleeding, suspected swallowed bone fragments, repeated vomiting, abdominal pain or abnormal stools. Do not induce vomiting unless instructed.

Safe Chewing Guide:

[General Use]

• Always supervise your dog while chewing.
• Allow your dog to chew properly and avoid gulping down the chew whole or swallowing large pieces.
• Take extra care if your dog tends to gulp, swallow quickly or attempts to swallow large pieces.
• When introducing a new chew, start with a shorter chewing session and observe how your dog chews and responds to the product.

[Hard Chews]

• These products are naturally harder in texture. Monitor your dog's chewing style and avoid prolonged, forceful chewing.
• Stop using and discard the product if it develops sharp edges, significant cracks, breaks or loose pieces.
